A 'portable solar generation device' HAS A MAXIMUM POWER OUTPUT OF NOT MORE THAN 1,200 WATTS, connects through a standard 120-volt AC outlet, meets the most recent National Electrical Code and is certified by UL or an equivalent nationally recognized testing laboratory. It is expressly excluded from the definition of 'customer generation system', so net metering does not apply to it.",
